Pesto Recipe - The Genoeser

This illustration was originally created for The Genoeser, a project dedicated to celebrating Ligurian culture through contemporary visual storytelling. The artwork depicts the traditional pesto alla genovese recipe — one of the most iconic elements of Genova’s culinary identity. Following its publication, the piece was selected by Opificio Terrae to become part of their Genova Tavole, a curated collection that highlights the cultural, historical and gastronomic richness of Italian territories. Adapted to their format, the illustration now forms part of a visual archive dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Genova.
